We want to live in a world with preventions and cures for dementia.
Fondation Race Against Dementia was established to support world-class dementia research in Switzerland. Inspired by the speed and innovation of Formula 1, we fundraise to support dynamic early-career scientists working to uncover preventions, diagnoses and cures for dementia.
Founded by three-time Formula 1 World Champion Sir Jackie Stewart, our fondation is driven by a personal mission and a global vision. In partnership with Dementia Research Switzerland – Synapsis Foundation, we co-fund a Fellowship Programme that supports outstanding researchers based in Swiss institutions.
Each Fellow receives not only funding, but also expert mentoring and access to a unique training programme designed to fast-track scientific breakthroughs.
Every donation to Fondation Race Against Dementia helps us expand our impact enabling us to support more researchers in Switzerland.
With your support, we can help ensure that Switzerland plays a leading role in the global race to defeat dementia.
